Not so many members yet on this site - would welcome the opportunity for networking. Presently working on EC funded project developing aquaculure research and commercial networks in Africa - SARNISSA - www.sarnissa.org - Increasing stakeholder database to over 800 individuals (+ still growing) from across Africa and internationally sharing information and developing collaborations.
Hi Will
Thank you for joining our emerging network, which ACWA will be launching offically next month. I recently started an Australasian Indigenous Aquaculture network. This new network would benefit you. In the first instance I would suggest contacting Simon Wilkinson from NACA, who is a member of the network. Looking at your brillant website, I would also make contact with Australian aquaculture educators network, in particular, Sue Waters, who is leading the way in the online learning resources.
PS. I thought you may be interested in new cheap solar cell that been developed and soon to be trailed in Africa. The cell is made using, inkjet printer, nail polish and pizza oven. The young scientist, Nicole Kuepper, won a national innovation award this year for this invention.
